WOW!! Speaking Bones in a day! I am so impressed. Maybe I should challenge myself to read 50% of it in a weekend because I'm currently about 400 pages in to it

I actually really enjoyed binging it! I couldn't binge books that big on a regular basis, but I found it was really enjoyable and I wasn't pulled out of the story. If you decide to, you should keep me updated :)

haha yes! Not creepy at all, I totally get it. I get excited when I find other bookish people who live in my state 😀 Salt Lake library is honestly so good, I have never lived somewhere that had this great of a library system and I feel super spoiled.

@@stephaniesbookverse1098 I love that library, it's gorgeous. I live in the suburbs so I don't get to it often, but I'm always awed by it when I do. When my son was a toddler we actually had some photos taken of him there.

God, I love mini-TBR star hop videos! So much fun! What an unlucky first roll, hitting that wormhole! But, the Return of the King is such a wonderful book. For me, it would not be a great book for a readathon because I love to take my time with Tolkien's work, re-reading passages because the writing is so beautiful. Plus, I enjoy reading the appendices 😅. I am hoping to re-read it this winter and re-watch the wonderful movies. Lore Olympus looks so cute (despite some ! Hope to get to that one eventually. Congrats on finishing Speaking Bones! That was really impressive! Thanks for sharing this 😀

I know, I absolutely love The Return of the King! I have actually never read the appendices, but I want to! I think that is what the new Rings of Power show is actually based on, so I think it would be interesting to read it and see how they pulled the information they needed for the show.

12:38 - lol, age gaps don't bother me as my parents have a 21 year age gap my Mum was 18 and my Dad was 39. So that was the norm for us, thinking about it now, both sets of my grandparents were very brave! We very openly joke about it as a family, as my Mum's a nurse that my Dad thought ahead and married his carer. They are still together at 82 and 61! You are very coherent for 4:30am!

haha only moderately coherent! And I don't really have a problem with age gaps that seem more normal (I have a pretty big age gap with my husband), I am just not sure how I feel about someone who is a couple thousand years old going for someone that doesn't even have a fully developed brain 😂
