We had a dog, a bichon, and the first time I set out the catnip with him around he went just as berserk over it as the cats. He was rubbing himself all over it just like they did. He only did it the first time though. However, he would eat it when I set it out after that. We have an older cat who not only rolls in it but also eats it. It'd be interesting to see what Memphis would do with catnip. Would she respond to it or ignore it?

💕🐾 I have always seen similarities between Memphis and my ragdoll cat. Ragdolls have often been compared to dogs because they are very attached to and involved with their people :D 🐾💕

I’m so glad my husky isn’t the only one! She’s only just turned a year old and I discovered her love for my cat’s toys when she was around maybe 8 months? At first i didn’t let her play with them because I was afraid she would be to rough with them. She’s quite a tough chewer and needs all of Kong’s toughest Toys even though she has such a tiny mouth (she’s not a mini but she just doesn’t look very big to me). To my surprise though, She’s actually super gentle with the cat’s toys! When she catches them she lets them go and if i tell her to drop it, she will even though she’s not very good at that command when it really matters (typical husky 🙄 knows the command, just chooses when to listen lol) Any other toy she would tear to peices so maybe she knows they aren’t hers and that she needs to be gentle? I still don’t let her play with the feather toy though. The cats already beat those up super fast, Even her gentle bite would ruin them haha 😂
