Last year I randomly came across a video of pastor Jerry on facebook. It was so intresting that I had to search for him on all social media. And here I am one year later, showing up to all therapy thursday and sunday service on line. I am from Cameroon in central Africa, and this church is a huge blessing for my faith. @DyaLi-O just pray. I was angry but then I realized the amount of peace that I have without having a piece of a man. God has a plan no matter what. I beat myself up for months. Almost 1 year since the breakup n it will be bad days. But I have smiled more since leaving than i did the whole 5.5 yr relationship.

We both ruined the relationship. The enemy had its way. He let a problem fester, and then the attack was on me. Ending in overthinking and frustration with only one person open and willing to rebuild. The root of a problem festered and my words came out harsh. Other than that we were good for three years. I beleive it really had to happen to strengthen me.

I have the kind of personality, that if I could, I'd embrace the whole world and keep them in my bosom. So I felt rejected a lot of times... Now as I just turned forty - great shout-out to womn born in 1984, like Tanisha Flowers, too! - I realized, like exactly on my bday I came to realize, maybe it's not about feeling rejected that people leave, it's more about change is permanent and maybe the grace is in people, that stay! It felt so relieving!

Literally came across a video on TikTok, about a 1 min clip of Jerry talking about “voices” and I was trying to seek and hear God’s voice about what to do, about my current situation. And I couldn’t. And I came across that video. And I was searching through the comments, trying to find the name of the video or the name of the speaker(Jerry) at the time. And I watched the whole video. I used to binge watch Redefined TV. Usually during my downtime at the end of the day, I would do artwork in some form and just binge watch. I’ve been in a very difficult season and I have not been able to. This is the first video I have watched in a really long time Like usual, it was so good. Honestly, in the first 5 1/2 minutes I felt like someone was cutting some onions because I felt convicted.
