Gayton Mackenzie is functional and creative better than all the sports ministers in this very short space of time. He thinks creatively and economically capitalising on what the people like. Motto racing is a sport initiated by a white why not having a sport initiated by blacks or colored. I think people would applaud the idea had it been coming from a white man. Colonial or slave mentality l suppose. There are many games that indigenous people of Africa have and non of them have been raised to a level of a competitive sport that is accepted globally. Yes l think let's give this ex convict turn Minister of sport a due because he indeed deserves one. He is an example to many even those who think they are better because they were never incarcerated. That alone does not make you an ideal leader. When he talks about the victim mentality l had my own reservation but as long as he is creative l have no option but salute him. RSA and Africa as a whole needs creative thinkers as politicians not people who will wait on whites, the west and others to initiate things and tow the line thereafter. In Africa you can have a country with a lot of cattle, various animals with quality hides without a single school for leather works. At the midst of that, that country is sending her skins abroad cheaply whilst her children are crying for jobs. Lack of creativity, common sense and a fear to rock the boat as a new commer. As a person with a victim mentality you should fight that situation and change it to your advantage Minister of minerals should think creative and come with ideas of local benefician. .
