You can take things for granted that they said, but the same bar actually could mean more than just one or two things. He uploaded loads of remixes and gradually built up a large enough audience from youtube remixes and now is genuinely considered a top level rapper. I get that it's not just remixes, but if we are patient enough, we will get good quality music if the artist has that amount of talent. (Btw, Dax has a fair amount of good original songs that are very good on a technical level too.)

As far as i remember, in one of your old videos you told us that RAP means rhythm and poetry. So, this was clear to me back then only. Poetry always has a depth to it. It is not for pleasing the souls. It is for someone to face a hard reality, a situation or a particular feeling. I learnt from a video once that Rap was started to describe the problems in one's life. And the individual who was rapping had this intention that the world could understand his problems.
