Why do the prizes keep getting STUCK?!

We did a quick claw machine run at out local pizza place. The prizes just kept getting stuck and not letting us win them easily!

Have none of you ever seen hercules (the disney movie)? a winged horse is called a Pegasus. It is not a unicorn. Unicorns have horns pegasus do not.
