I understand all this...personally, when I am feeling down and depressed I find going on long walks helps, it's a way my brain processes the situation and helps me come to terms with it all. Hope u have a Merry Christmas and all the best for the coming years.

I can totally relate to that, going for walks is one of the ways I’ve often used to decompress, I almost always feel at least a little better after. I hope you’re doing well and have a Merry Christmas yourself 😁

47:19 absolutely! It's interesting, I do have people in my life who care about me, but ofc they cannot always be available or I'm not always in the state to reach out. So this is a beautiful way to feel connected to another human being without actually being physically around somebody (this is something you touched upon in the holidays video too)

This is a great way for me to connect with people too, it's been a really eye opening experience for me to get to connect with viewers so I really appreciate your comments :-)

Thank you 😌 It can be super difficult sometimes to be open about the harder things we deal with in life, but having this platform to share has been really helpful

I don't know if this intentional or not but that buzzing in the background (assuming it's from hvac or something?) is SO AMAZING, I think cuz it reminds me of being at the doctor which gave me asmr when I was young

I totally get what you mean! I actually usually film in my kitchen because the table is the best place for me to set up for filming, and the hum of the refrigerator gets picked up in most of my videos. It definitely wasn’t intentional at first, but what usually happens is I speak at a lower volume while filming and in editing play with the volume levels and that fridge gets a lot stronger 😂 I’m glad you like it though, I prefer having a little background noise to total silence

Yes I agree, the grey noise is wonderful!

My cat makes an interesting snorer. Nothing like a growl tho. Your vocabulary tells me you have great communication skills.

I have a cat that sounds like a jet engine when he purrs 😂 Both of the dogs make funny noises when they sleep though.
