I hope you’re doing well, I may not know the context of what you’re going through but I wish to share some advice as I too went through a period in my life where I felt in a similar way. You are worthy simply for existing. There’s no number attributed to a person’s worth and anyone that says otherwise is wrong. If it helps, think of every little action you do as a victory to yourself. You drank water, that’s a goal you achieved. You doodled, that’s another little victory. You got up and ate breakfast, that’s another victory. Even if it’s a small action, it is something that brought you a little closer to feeling a sense of comfort. Sometimes we need a reminder that we are capable of many things, even if they’re minuscule. We often don’t get praised for these things, but we should, because they’re important to us. That’s why you should praise yourself, for the effort is all that truly matters. Life is comprised of many little victories and many losses as well. We may experience many highs and lows, but it is important to remember that you are not alone in this journey. That is why, you must keep going forward because there will always be something new for us to see and experience. New opportunities to embark upon and more people to love. You have a gift. You were able to convey an emotion that I have been going through and it struck me, because for once I felt seen. If your art can cause such an impact on someone such as myself, than I have no doubt that your future projects will also carry the same heart. So keep creating and praising yourself, because you have inspired a stranger :) I hope you feel better soon❤️
