Thank you for this journey of tackling procrastination. The first thing I'm doing is sitting down and evaluating what is truly important to me, what lights me up, since there have been a lot of changes in my life that has me wondering where do I go from here? This video has made me realize I need to do that first, then I can set priorities, goals and live with purpose and intention. God bless and stay Stoic.
