As a professional myself I have to say your personality and humor put you at the top of my list as most enjoyable to watch. There is a lot of info out there but your approach has the human touch that is most memorable. Please continue to believe in your approach.

Grew up with a stronger grip but after 40 years of playing, I moved to a weaker grip for control and a fade. Now as a SuperSR (60 years of golf now) I look for more yards, but going stronger leads me to going back to the weaker grip for control everytime. Hitting balls with just your lead hand can help make the transition to a weak grip. Even with an aggressive swing, a weaker grip takes the hook out of the equation. Great video as always, Steve.

I may not do it exactly like Adam does all the time, but I have a very similar way, and it has worked for me for about 55 years now. Been a single digit hdcpr most of the time. The weak grip will also keep you away from the dreaded snapper!!!

When taking that grip, clubhead right next to your left foot (draw), clubhead well out away from your foot (fade). Try it.

That's very interesting. How does starting with a flat lead wrist square with Hackmotion, which wants to see the wrist 15 to 30 degrees flatter at impact than at address? Starting with zero degrees and trying to achieve -15 to -30 must be close to causing serious injury😁 Happy Christmas Steve and thanks for all the content.

@@stevejohnstongolf You're one of the best communicators of the golf swing I've found! I know you've showed this technique before...but never realized how effective it was at getting the grip in the fingers of the left hand. I've used this grip technique for a year and it's been so simple and effective...Perfect...thank you!

I think this broomhandle should be illegal. Same as deushambou how its spelt I do not know , an American with a Canadian name. He too is wrong and grips it against his arm . Where is pivot .
