Nobody who takes their own life is a coward. I invite the ones that think that to try it out. It goes against your very nature as a human being, and it takes a lot of suffering to push you beyond that. Suffering most people are unable to grasp. And I say that knowing very well that every soul suffers greatly in their lives.

It is very strange there were times i was really weak i was on edge of giving up but i was always told only I can pick myself up and keep moving fwd u must have experienced something very existential ur words always make me wonder i must have had this thought (similar to what u said) million times before they became speck to nothing now i become blank it must be useless to make up something in head for too long, i will continue to be a fool even if it makes me happy then.

Don't commit suicide because you live in the astral world and suicides have to bear special punishment in the lower astral plane to work out karmic debts. It's temporary but hellish except for noble actions that are unselfish - like Socrates, who was forced and did things bravely. Leaving Earth requires preparation for astral life including removing all addictions to earthy pleasures because this world allows desires but there is no physical body. Much better to focus on karmic cleansing skillfully and often - loving golden bliss and forgiving others, and situations, h'oponopono meditation techniques to forgive skillfully and selflessly, using the Ram mantra for energy balance (sun and moon energy), Aum Shreem and Om Shreem mantras with marigold colored gold aura bathing, etc. A healthy diet with low carbohydrates and lectins and intermittent fasting will also promote healing. So does intense faith in the Divine Spirit or Over self and surrender to it. Reading the words of wise and moderate sages and understanding these will also promote spiritual improvements - but common sense and awareness of limits is a must. It may take a long time to improve one's karmic lot and experience more happiness and better luck. But it's a worthy goal for common sense reasons.

U know everything ryt, that's why people around you brim with happiness. I mean you probably is shining sun in everyone's life since you are soo knowledgeable and understanding and wise?
