Ha Long is beautiful. It is very underrated in my opinion. I know tourists go there for the boat trips. But most people, especially younger people, don't go there because it's not loud and glitzy enough. In other words, it's not a party 🎉 get drunk place. And that's okay with me.

What street/area is the most lively? It doesnt look busy like other cities.

Ha long, is spread into 2 section and each section has it own form of lively. The main road next to the bay is really busy!

@@TheROCKITEXPERIENCE yes the bridge divide the town into 2. I was wondering where the hot spots are on either side. Like lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Watching ha long videos I don't see much foot traffic at all.
