Fun Fight. Hugo was the low tier that secretly is a top tier in capable hands (or infinite capplable hands). Even Akuma´s raging demon was defeated by his claps.

He is Bottom 1 for a reason, if this was 3rd Strike he'd be higher, but No. 2nd Impact is MUCH more oppresive to Hugo, other characters can get a LOT of Damage with Win Conditions like Hugo, if not Infinites. Hugo's Infinite is super specific and the majority of the time it really is just hit on players with a lower skill than the ofender, which is the case here.
