Everyday I ask my kids a question about the Bible and I teach them how to respond w proper language. I asked my son this question last night which spiraled into other topics. This is an excellent explanation for the lost. It's the kind of logic they can follow. For the student of the Bible, there is also a scriptural thread that will make sense to them. Hebrews 1:8/9 is a direct quote from Psalm 45:6/7, and it reads - vs8 "But to the Son He says: 'Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.' vs9 ' You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions'. We see then that both the Father and the Son refer to each other as God. We read of the many times that Jesus referred to the Father as God, but here in Psalms and Hebrews, we see the Father referring to the Son as God.

I've tried to explain to people that Jesus is God, and is 3 in 1, father and son and holy spirit. They say it's pagan. Even though I have given them scripture to prove the fact that Jesus is God. And is 3 in 1, father son and holy spirit They still say I'm wrong. But my Bible says Jesus is God.

We can also say the father calls Jesus God because of Hebrews 1 (talking to his devine side). I like this video too, it just all adds up together to the fullness of Truth. Glory to the triune God, the father and the son and the holy spirit ❤
