I can understand the knee-jerk reaction to the “optics” (literally) of having “the wife” sitting in the blurry background behind Rafi, and I might have had the same reaction at first too, but after watching just one of your videos (let alone the hundred I feel like I’ve binged since discovering this channel a couple weeks ago) it should become quite evident that Klee is a bad-ass who is there because she wants to be, not because some man told her. Love your dynamic, guys, thanks for all the invaluable advice to this artist who was scared to death of having her first art show over the weekend! I might have stolen your one line about artists being allowed to be a bit “eccentric” to cover my awkwardness through social anxiety. Now back to go through the hundred or so other videos I still haven’t seen!

Somehow, the fact that she’s just there and comes up with random commentaries from time to time makes it more entertaining and natural. Seems like an assumption based on media narratives, but humans are far more individual than what the media presents. Seeing you two's personalities in the videos, such an idea never crossed my mind. I am not one of those who thought Klee was being pushed back, but I did always wonder why she was back there so much, especially since I started with the Etsy video.
