Up until the recent squish, I was matched with others within 500k GP at the bottom of K1. So far this 3v3 I’m outmatched by at least 1mill GP even after relegated to K2.

Agree. I got up to K3 at times being under 7M gp. Likely don’t belong there, but I always play and half my wins are still because the opponent does not play.

It's mind boggling that a competetive game that is almost 10 years old still doesn't have a proper ELO system. There are countless examples of good ELO implementations in various games, they just need to sit down and do it. One of the easier examples would be to reward rating based on total difference of banners. You win by a lot - you get a lot of rating. You win by a small margin - you get small amount of rating. Heck it would even solve the AFK whales dropping down. If they lose by 10 banners, they would not drop by much and stay where they belong.

I could be one of the guys you’re talking about. I swing between top K3 and bottom K2. 7,5 mill gp and my opponents always have 2-3 mill more gp than me. I get by by having good datacrons basically. Lots of people in bottom of K2 doesn’t know how to deal with a Rey team with a Holdo cron or a Finn/Zorri team with a good dc. Plus they don’t scout and often set their weakest GLs even though they have 7 or 8. If I belong there or not, I’ll let others judge.

Yep I’m in a similar situation in K2 lol. This Gac I noticed that my opponent sets all 8 GLs and Reva with Lv (I have 4 + Bane) on defense, so I just set my Kenobi and he couldn’t break through. By the way, this particular Gac I switched mods from Bane and forgot to give them back, so he was basically useless when fighting Leia. I full cleared 8 GLs, Malgus and Traya with only 3 GLs and datacron knowledge. It’s ridiculous that we have to rely on our opponent’s complete stupidity to win, but luckily there are plenty of idiots in Kyber lol

@@lordofhunger5175 Bane solved a lot of issues for me. I couldn’t deal with Leia before I got him. LV was doable, often as a two shot, but very annoying before I got Bane. Have SLKR, JML and Rey also. Very close to Leia.

Exact same as me, 7.1m GP, 4 GL. Nearly alwasy face someone 2-3 mill GP more than me with 6-8 GL. I do well, sometimes win 2/3. Its a testament to my skill and knowledge of the game but its soooo annoying, I haven't faced anyone with a lower GP than me in months

Definitely one of those accounts: was at 2.2 million before lightspeeds, now at 5.7 with lightspeeds in K3. I turtled my way to this position placing really hard defenses, but now don't have enough teams or fleets to either go full offense or continue to play defensively AND hope at clearing anything.

I am at 8 million with 4 GLs and Executor and regularly go up against 10+ million with all GLs and ships. The reason I win sometimes is because they are terrible at modding and need to burn an excessively strong team to counter my defense, they don't use Datacrons and need to burn their offense to deal with the datacron, or they put every GL on defense and don't save enough for offense. It sucks though you have to rely on opponent being stupid to win. On a side note please add TB features to the Cube AP. That and guild participation tracking would let people use it over hot utils.

I'm 2.9 million gp and last round I was in Chromium 4, now 3. I normally fight 4m to 7m gp, sometimes up above 8m gp. I still get at least 1 win per round; I got 2 this last round. The only times I win against 6m+ gp players is when they just don't attack me. I can normally beat up to 4m with my skill level when we clear each other's defense and sometimes 5m players if they fuck up on attacking my defense. My Padme team normally gets at least 1 hold, sometimes more (She got 6 holds a few days ago). Most of the time, the higher qp players have shit mod distribution compared to how my teams are mod'd. I have a number of g12 teams that regularly beat r5-7 teams without much problem just because I choose the right counter and have spent a lot of time on properly moding them.

This week was my first in kyber 4, won all three. 2 matches the opponent was stopped by my slkr dc and they just dropped it all. The last match was real close. So the bounceback is being stopped by players not taking gac seriously. I have 6,3m gp and 2 gl

I’m not sure if I’m an imposter, but since the original big change I sat in Aurodium 3 until late January of this year. By the end of February I climbed to Kyber 4 and have spent April and May in Kyber 3, and I’ve won 5 of my last 6 matches. Matches actually seem easier. I can’t tell if it’s CG, or maybe after 6 years I’m finally getting the hang of this game 😂😂😂.

Yeah i face opponents lower GP than me. Probablt because I just dont find or enjoy 3v3 so i dont play and sign up so why play a game mode you dont enjoy it or find it fun i prefer conquest grind more than 3v3. Also i think its silly that 3v3 takes twice the battles, and requires twice the time for the same rewards as 5v5... honestly 3v3 needs to be its own leaderboard.

The whole bracket thing is broken imho. I'm just a new player in Bronzium 2 and I'm facing everything from 1.9mio to 8.7mio(!) gp, in my current bracket, 3 guys are above 6mio gp, one of them above 8mio. This is so much "fun" fighting against galactic legends with your 3mio gp.

Idk dude. I'm 6.8M GP and on the verge of K2. Yeah, on one hand, I "don't belong". On the other hand, I'm amazed at how many people are clearly only in K3 because of their massive rosters (their mods are HORRIBLE and they do nothing with datacrons). I beat an 11M GP player last round because his fastest GL was SLKR at about 440 speed and he had zero datacrons, against my legitimate datacron defense and consciously-modded teams. Yes, what you are describing is a problem, but there are also REALLY, REALLY bad accounts hovering around 9-10M GP just because they've been playing for 5 years, but still suck at the game.

I don’t understand the GAC skill rating system. I full cleared and won the last 2 matchups but was demoted afterwards… the system must be broken because that doesn’t make sense.

In between seasons, majority if not all players have their skill rating reduced, meaning you can be below the threshold for your division before even starting. Sometimes even winning like you have isn’t enough to keep you in the same division.

@@Elinho101 it was after the first match of this 3v3 season. I won the last 5v5 and the first 3v3 and then mid season demoted me.
