We do everything together.. Yes! My 2 either follow me around or try to lead me. Marie is curious about anything new and will follow me around to see what's going on. Binx will get in front of me and give one short meow then jump up onto one of his favorite petting spots. So he might be ordering me around a bit lol but that's okay with me.😺🐈

One of my family's cats was a feral neighbourhood cat until a few years ago. He began roaming about the house and the land. We took him in, and he had no trouble adjusting to a domesticated life. My two follow me every step. It gets annoying sometimes when im just running into another room to grab something and turn around and nearly step on them as they are my shadows, regardless what i am doing. Grabbing something, cooking, making coffee, on the computer, just walking in circles to see if they will follow (and they do lol). Cleaning the litter box is a nightmare as they want to "help" by using it before im even done! They constantly need to be involved in whatever Im doing, and god forbid it not be soaked in their scent for more than 15 seconds~

My daughter loves cats so despite me being allergic I got convinced into buying a Russian Blue, which supposedly is less likely to cause reactions, add to that, I’m a full on Dog person and don’t particularly like cats, however our cat follows me every including meowing when I go to the toilet or have a shower. I love my grandmas cat. Everytime I come to her house. Which is often probably everyday I’d say. Out of 5 female cats, there’s only one kitty that follows me TO THE EXTREME. We could be chilling in the living room and she’ll be dead asleep but if I get up for even a second, there she is… right behind me, following me. Sometimes she will even look so exhausted and her ears aren’t even perked up all the way but she’ll still follow me. Only a few times has she gone onto the cat tree to sleep when I’m in another room. One of my 3 cats follows me down to the petrol station he will walk with me a whole way then he will wait on the pump until I came out of the shop and then he will walk me home. He likes to be invited out when I go to the postbox or go to local shops. It doesn't need any lead and he is extremely protective of me turning off any other cats foxes or people who just happened to look my way. i feel so sad. i mean i have a positive attitude but people don't like me and my clingy nature so i learned to not be like that anymore to people. fast forward, mom died 2 years ago and i got a pet cat for me to channel into him all the good that i would have and should have given my mom when she was still here. to my cat he is a goofball but a loving friend and son to me and i spoiled him. because the place we are staying in right now isn't a good place to stay we decided to move out. my dad has been looking for alot of places that accommodated pets and unfortunately the ones that allowed. them were small spaces and we can't fit our things in those places. our last resort and since my dad is getting tired looking for places found a good one and wanted to settle there but the bad thing is it doesn't allow pets. i mean im okay with separating with my cat, because i informed my friend who was also near to the place we'd be heading in, however i expected me and my pet to separate on the last day we would leave this home. unfortunately my father said we had to give away our pets earlier than the date we'd go there because we will finish fixing everything in one day and we cannot put our pets there since they aren't allowed and it's a hustle and distraction. tomorrow, August 23 2020, i'm gonna give and entrust my cat to my friend in the morning but we will be moving out on the first Saturday of September 2020. I can only get to visit my pal from now on until i can have a good and stable paying job and when we can find a new home to ourselves. Til then i'm just a visitor to my buddy in his new abode. i hope he doesn't feel abandoned and forgets to take care of himself when i'm 2 weeks apart from seeing him again. being a pet owner, i'm sure you can relate when everyday you spend with your pet from going out of bed, doing your work, and going to bed together and then not having all of that anymore which is such a heartbreak. sure i can visit him but it's not the same when you're alone at your own home. hope that i can pass my law licensure exam so i can get a job immediately and get to find a new place for our family. til then.. i'm gonna miss my baby's company at our own home. 😟
