Oh Thank you so much Guys I'm touched. I'll go for Ebola 3. Haven't heard of it and it looks very good. Seems like a hidden gem. As for this game it looks good and has a lot of promise. If you enjoy this one look up Bleak faith: Forsaken. It's a soul's esq inspired game made by 3 very passionate developers. It's not as polished as this game, but has a very weird, yet beautiful liminal techno fantasy world. Very open and lonely, while still being weird. the right amount of attraction and repulsion.

I wouldn't advise you to pick that game. The concept is good, but the gameplay is really weird, the story is a mess, the voice acting is funny, and it is not polished. Compared to the other games they offered you, it's very low on the list.

When I heard you said Brazilian dev team, I just thought "Ok, it's nice to see more games from different countries". Until you showed the footage with Capoeira moves! Didn't expect that! I learned Capoeira in Hong Kong more than a decade ago. And yes, of course I first knew this martial art from Tekken's Eddie Gordo. Even though I don't practice it anymore, it's still my favorite martial art on the "art" side. Now I'm much more excited about Deathbound!

The final 2 nails in the coffin for AAA to my mind are the incredible cost financially and the fact that hundreds of highly trained devs are working for low pay and living with no job security that is causing a huge rash of mental health issues. Put simply, the AAA gaming industry is unsustainable and is ruining lives! AA is the future as will be AI assisted projects that save cost. I see both industries possibly benefiting from judicious use of AI but AAA especially is going to replace all the humans they can for better or for worse as the sad fact is that making the cost to profit requirements of AAA sustainable would require games costing $150 to $200 AND selling really well. R.I.P. AAA as it exists now. The writing is on the wall. (As soon as I saw your thumbnail I thought “why hadn’t anyone done THAT yet?” I’ll bet this game is going to be hot stuff or at least get a fair bit of attention)

I started watching your videos recently as probably the only channel who knows more horror games than i do...problem is, while i have likely played every console horror game ever for any console, i have not gamed on pc since Doom and Castle Wolfenstein around 1993 at my friends house. I actually owned the first Doom on Sega 32X. But i couldn't take seeing you talk about so many horror games on Steam id either never heard of or couldn't play...so after wanting one for a long time, i bought a Steam Deck. The top one with the new OLED screen. Most everything so far has been compatible with the Deck, except unfortunately Sons of the Forest (hoping for PS5 release still). But now im going back through your videos looking for the best horror on Steam. If you read this, please toss me a couple recommendations!

I'm curious about death bounds gameplay when it comes selecting and control different warriors. Especially when you mentioned how the warriors can turn against you along with having their own stories. For instance certain situations if one warrior is being used to much and/or is upgraded while the others be ignored they will display this by controlling your actions that results in impending your progress or communicate with you more. Which choose to engage, ignore, discord and/or sacrificing them as points/stats for your other warriors which will have its own consequences in future events. Now as for their own story, maybe be able play a bit of their life before they died to not change the warriors fate but those around which will cause a butterfly effect in your time and/or gain their respect/trust by solving their own unfinish business which will reward you along the warrior(s) quest you choose. As for the zombie side scrolling game looks interesting and has potential. I just hope zombie respawning is not unrealistic and ridiculous like in 7 days to die. Man I still thinking how annoying, and bs it was; especially when I took a lot time, and refuses clearing the place out. I understand it's still in early access, but come on. Especially when a fast crawling zombie respawns right in front of me.

Unfortunately, while it looks interesting and I love the concept, I am not interested in a Souls-like game; I play games for enjoyment, and dying 100 times to master the timing and clicking needed to kill a given mob is not my idea of a good time. i love horror games, but the most important aspect i can think of is awesome storyline which AAA developers have forgot about. now it is zombie or resident evil or dash dash.. there were many horror games in the past which i liked and developers are not making now day.. take an example or F.E.A.R 1, it has horror, action everything. one more i can think of is Undying, that had good horror elements. there are others but in these games main character has enough powers to face evil and i like that.

Why don't people hear about games? 1) Budget for marketing. Many developers that aren't AAA studios owned by major corporations put all of their money into making the game leaving little to nothing for marketing. 2) Media. The major gaming media is too busy giving games like Starbored 9/10's to showcase games from smaller studios. Fans rush to buy the hyped games not even being aware the other games exist. It takes youtubers pointing out games, and even then if you don't watch that youtuber and that video, you still miss it. I had no idea about Stray Gods until I saw a few youtubers do a stream on it. It was one of the best, well, stories I have played in a long time. Not everyone's cup of tea, sure. But it was my cup of tea. The same goes for many games, like Stray, the game where you play as a cat. Little marketing and you find out about it through a youtuber video. So, keep making these videos highlighting games that aren't well known. They can be someone's cup of tea and will be thankful someone brought it to their attention.

They're unreleased. Unreleased indie games by developers with little or no track record don't get talked about. First, they need to actually release and prove they're not vaporware. 'Into the Dead' looks interesting to me, although the janky English title gives me pause. Any experienced consumer of this medium knows that no game is 'awesome' until it's actually been played and proven to be so. We all know how a triple-A title can look great in curated video demos and trailers, but turn out to be a turd upon release. Indie games are no different in this way.
