Why does some cctv power supply not supporting for long run cable?

1*. *WHY THE PRICE IS HIGH?
*A*. THE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THE CHEAP PRICE IS ALWAYS INVERSELY PROPORTION TO EACH OTHER. The price is depends upon the raw material and components used in the power supply. some of the domestic manufacture are used to remove the major components for cost cutting. (ie) if we are removing only the *PPTC RESETTABLE FUSE*,per combo we can save *25Rs*.but the quality will be compromised.
2*. *WHY POWER SUPPLY IS NOT SUPPORTING IN THE LONG DISTANCE 3+1 CABLE?
A*. NORMALLY ALL THE CMOS CAMERA WILL WORK EVEN WITH *300ma CURRENT AND DURING NIGHT WITH IR ILLUMINATION 600ma CURRENT IS SUFFICIENT.
HERE THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE CABLE.WHETHER ITS PURE COPPER CABLE OR METAL OR ALLOY*?ALSO WHAT IS THE WIRE GUAGE? (ie) *DC 1A CURRENT CAN CARRIES VOLTAGE JUST 10 METER WITH 22AWG COPPER CABLE WITHOUT LOSS.SIMILARLY IT WILL TRAVEL 100M WITH 12AWG CABLE. IF WE EXTEND IT WILL LOSS OF ENERGY.
TO OVERCOME THIS WE HAVE 3 OPTIONAL SWITCH NORMAL/LONG/EX-LONG. NORMAL WILL GIVE 12.5V AND LONG WILL GIVE 13.5V*SIMILARLY EX-LONG WILL GIVE *15V FOR COMPENSATING THE LOSS OF VOLTAGE IN THE DISTANCE.SO TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM *PROPER COPPER CABLE SHOULD TO USE FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE*.
3*. *HOW ABOUT THE PRODUCT RELIABILITY?
*A*. ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE KEPT UNDER LOAD AND AGEING TEST.SO THE PRODUCTS ARE MORE RELIABLE FROM FAILURE AT THE SITE.

Are you OEM for DLink also? What is the price BTW? I need 8 Channel one. Does it has a fan? Since this 4 CH one doesn't have a fan, it is rated for how many hours of continuous usage?

Dear sir, its depends upon which cable you are going to use. if it is pure copper cable it will support. since each port has limited as 1.35A, and normally cameras during night time will take 600ma maximum.

Sir, I have cp plus 16ch dvr in my industry, when I start plazam cutting machine then stop the dvr and re start some scend. please find the solution sir

hi...if both are in the same phase wiring, then try to connect the machine and dvr in different phase plug point ( it can be done only if you are using 3 phase line) it may be due to the magnetic flux generated by the cutting machine internal coil. so use best power adapter with low ripple noise to eleminate the problem.
