I agree on the last bit. Time will probably go a lot faster if you spend all week stuck in a job and live only for the weekends

MAYBE .... because time IS indeed speeding up. Time and Space have been proven to be woven together like fabric. It has also been proven space is expanding at an accelerating rate. Shouldn't time also accelerate? None of our instruments nor devices would be able to detect the acceleration of time because they are in the same frame of reference....but we feel it.

That doesn't explain why children and teenagers still experience every year as lasting forever. Summers are endless, a year is endless, from everything I've heard them say.

@@squamish4244 Lets say we are in a moving car which is accelerating. This represents Time and our frame of reference. If a passenger had a baby in the backseat of the car, this child's internal speedometer would start at "0" . As time accelerates exponentially.. as a teenager, the acceleration is barely noticable. As far as "endless summer", that term is used to describe how we wish time stayed still during our best experiences. You should take keep note of the teenagers you spoke with....ask them again in 5 years...10 years if possible. I did with my nephews and niece. Yea all 3 say "time is flying" .... I tell them "no, no it is not.... it does't have wings, its part of a fabric so it is stretching faster and faster."

@@quaoar213 Yeah, they THINK time is flying, because they're being dramatic teenagers. When really, if you remember being one, time passed so much more slowly. Our teenage years seemed to last forever, even though they're only seven years of our lives. If time really were accelerating the way you describe it, we would notice it drastically speeding up, suddenly teenagers are old people, we would all be aging much more rapidly than we are, we would even notice drastic changes in how long it takes to walk somewhere etc.

@@squamish4244 You arent totallty grasping it. First you are using a logical fallacy by stating all teenagers are just being dramatic . 2nd, acceleration is action taking place exponentially. Therefore the degree of action is much less a the beginning. Third, our bodies are within the frame of reference It is woven within the fabric of spacetime therefore stretching along with the measurement made by our devices, also withn the fabric. Our conscious feels it.... I dont know about you but it certainly feels like my body is getting old too fast.

@@quaoar213 Dude, you are taking this WAY too seriously. I thought we were just having a light discussion and you are going into logical fallacies and whatever. I'm sorry, so teenagers aren't dramatic? Hahaha you must get your memory checked. Or you've never had teenagers. Goodbye.

Yeah. Just takes some work. Meditation, neurofeedback, psychedelics, even precise brain stimulation (I'm going to need it for my brain disorder), they all have their use/will have their use. To get you out of your routines and get back that childlike wonder.

Yes it does but trust me it doesnt slow down that much.. I'm 48 and its crazy how fast 24 hours go for me, I guess I need to start doing things differently because oh Man.. I'm stuck in a time centrifudge.

How do you think THE PILLER MEN (from JoJo) would feel as they can live for 1000 years or even more.
