WHY DON'T PEOPLE LIKE SARASOTA TIM?

I’m an OP Sarasota Tim hater. I had a channel (Loliveoyl) making mostly parody videos about him but also exposing some of his lies. He got my channel removed. Why do we not like him? My 3 major reasons: 1. He grifts primarily off seniors, a vulnerable population. 2. He fraudulently (allegedly) took unemployment, PPP loans and an EIDL loan. NO ONE was entitled to all 3 and then he used them for personal purchases 3. He targeted me and had a buddy of his call and threaten me. I still have the voicemails. He knew what he was doing. He used the subjects of social security, Medicare, minimalism and God to attract the kind of people he knew he could take advantage of. He uses anyone he comes across and befriends like a wallet, having them pay for his meals, give him a place to stay, gifting him things, etc. The man dropped out of HS at 16 and married a 26 year old with 2 children. He, himself, has 3 children with 3 different women. One of his sons had a restraining order against him. He lived with a woman who was still married and whose husband died when he was run over by his own truck (Dwayne Musselman) and she inherited everything. There’s so much not to like about this man. The only thing he learned how to do well in his life is con people.

Ok. Boomer here that has an unhealthy obsession with ST and the hater channels. I found him when I was considering retiring. He was living in a tiny camper for free on a friend's property and working a part-time job. It was interesting hearing your take on things and reading the comments. Essentially the hater channels do not like him and say: gives financial advice that could harm potential retirees, took Covid loans that he shouldn't have, claims to be a minimalist but is not , e-begs, is a narcissist, is a false preacher and does not walk life as a Christian, lies, and is a dead beat dad.

And that’s the issue with the 58K EIDL loan he took. It was meant to keep his business going and to support him while it was down. But HE shut his business down. He could have continued after COVID. People still needed oil changes. But Tim (not the government as he likes to claim) shut it down. And he used the $$ to pay debt and buy vehicles & campers. He fraudulently used the $$. So even if he’s paid or is paying the loan back, he still should have to pay a fine or something. You can’t rob a bank and then if you get caught say “I’ll pay the money back and we’ll just call it even”. You still go to jail!

Tim is a chameleon....changes all the time to suit his need. He started off and still says...live in an RV full time. Then when his girlfriend gets an inheritance, he says living in an RV is beneath him. When it was apparent ( but it is probably true she is in a condo or house ) she wasn't buying a house, he then reverts back to "living in an rv is the best way to live". He takes one trip out to the Villages and says "this is the best way to live out retirement " and he'd buy a house if he had someone help him out or he could be a roommate. In all reality...he is living in a house ( which he has slipped recently and called his dwelling a "house" ) and everything he posts is all made up. And most importantly...he has plenty of money...he really does..It's all a front.

Timmy by his own word, has no retirement savings, no traditional savings accounts and no pension. He claims that he has to pay $300/month for one of his loans to the SBA. He claims to be receiving $1700/month SS benefit. By the time his SBA $300 loan and his Medicare B and advantage is paid he has less than $1,400 month guaranteed income. He doesn't own a home and has no investments so bridging the income gap is where youtube AdSense comes in. It's youtube and his donations and taking advantage of the kindness of guys like Jonny Vegas. He hates insurance so no insurance to pay him when he gets sick and cannot upload his 10 videos a day. One illness or stroke of bad luck and Tim will be back to living in a tent, which is not all that different from living in a camper parked at a truck stop. If I were in his situation I would not be on youtube claiming to be crushing it. My situation is light years better and more stable and I'm not claiming to be crushing it. Rather I consider it the normal thing to do to keep a roof over my head and entertain myself.

Earlier in the video you were indicating that you watched a number of Tim’s critics, and the people you named were some of the ones who are more recently on the scene. I’m not saying they’re not good, but there are other excellent critics who have been at it longer. I started watching Tim in the summer of 2023, and I unsubscribed from him when he shadow banned me for telling him things he didn’t like. A couple of them were when someone invites him over for dinner he needs to bring something, and that he should have been doing two hours of solid work on Teddy‘s property to earn his keep. It was a waterfront property where he was living in his trailer rent-free. I was really happy when some people started reaction channels, so I have somewhere else to share myopinions about his behavior.
