This is going to be long. When the first 8 members were revealed Modhaus (their label) drop 2 snippets of songs one title track per unit. Acid Angel from Asia : Generation +(KR)ystal Eyes : Cherry Talk And the company got us fans to vote (Gravity) which 4 members go to which subunit. 1v1 style. For 4 days. Day 1: S1 Seoyeon v S7 Nakyoung Day 2: S2 Hyerin v S6 Soomin Day 3 : S3 Jiwoo v S5 Yooyeon Day 4 : S4 Chaeyeon v S8 Yubin And the results of the voting was. Acid Angel from Asia : S7 Nakyoung S2 Hyerin S5 Yooyeon S8 Yubin. +(KR)ystal Eyes : S1 Seoyeon S6 Soomin S3 Jiwoo S4 Chaeyeon. And it was decided that Acid Angel from Asia will debut first. Thats why their first ever MV was Generation and first Mini album Access by Acid Angel from Asia. After they promoted Generation and aftrr the 9th member was revealed the the company revealed that tripleS proper will have their first yearly full member release and the total members participating will be 10. And the name of the 10 member mini album will be Assemble. And we the fans will habe a voting (Gravity) and we will vote for the title track of Assemble. We had to choose 8 songs tournent style. Day 1 : A v B Day 2 : C v D Day 3 : E v F Day 4 : G v H Which ever song wins for each day will go up against each. And after the 9 girls left the room that the Gravity was explain another girl entered the room blurred face and all was chosen to be the 10th member and was later revealed that that girl was Dahyun. Assemble Rising came first before +(KR)ystal Eyes because Assemble will be the start of the year yearly full member release. +(KR)ystal Eyes debuted with Cherry Talk after tripleS Assemble. Note : at the end of Generation MV the members of +(KR)ystal Eyes was teased. At the end Of Cherry Talk MV the 11th 12th and 13th members was shown. Sadly +(KR)ystal Eyes just promoted Cherry Talk for one music show. Apparently someone or a company was blocking yhe to promote. So they made an MV our of their Bside Touch. Which was Touch+. It was named Touch+ because Sohyun the 14th member had a cameo and she inserted the rap without the knowledge of the 4 original members of +(KR)ystal Eyes. And they promoted the original Touch bside. After +(KR)stal Eyes promotion 14 members gathered and the company revealed 2 snippets for the subunit EVOLution and LOVElution and it was revealed that we have to place 14 members 7 each to those subunits and the 15th and 16th member will be a lock for each unit amd when they are both revealed they will say which unit they will be joining. And we have to vote which subunit will debut first. And the result was LOVElution will debut first. And the members are. LOVElution : S1 Seoyeon S2 Hyerin S8 Yubin S9 Kaede S10 Dahyun S13 Nien S14 Sohyun and S15 Xinyu (was revealed on her teaser) EVOLution : S3 Jiwoo S4 Chaeyeon S5 Yooyeon S6 Soomin S7 Nakyoung S11 Kotone S12 Yeonji and S16 Mayu ( was revealed on her teaser) And after both LOVElution and EVOLution finished up their promotion 4 new Ss were teased to be coming NEXT. And we have another voting (Gravity) for a ballad unit. With S10 Dahyun on lock to make it short Team D won which consist of S3 Jiwoo S4 Chaeyeon S9 Kaede S13 Nien. And again another voting (Gravity) for the name of the ballad unit and Aria was chosen. While Aria was in the middle of promotion thr NEXT 4 members was revealed to be the unit NXT S17 Lynn S18 Joobin S19 Hayeon and S20 Shion was revealed thru a Performance of NXTs single Just Do it. After all of that tripleS proper 20 members held a concert with performances of all thr subunits so far and they did perform ot20 Rising Girls Never Die and Colorful (one of their bside from the Assemble full 10 member mini album. Damn i forgot 2 things 1st when they were just 16 we had another voting (Gravity) we have to vote which bside from Assemble 0t10 mini album will get a performance from all 16 members and New Look won. 2nd tripleS won MAMA New Female Artist last year and as a bonus after they won they release a 16 member performance of Rising. Anyways while at the full 20 member concert it was revealed that Feb of 2024 there will be a voting (Gravity) for Assemble24 in which we will have to choose a title track for the full 24 member Assemble24 and Girls Never Die won that voting (Gravity) and after that the final 4 members tripleS Glow S21 Chaewon S22 Sullin S23 Jeong Haerin (Seoah)* S24 Ji Suhyeon (Jiyeon)* was revealed * We did have another voting (Gravity) to choose Stage Names for S23 and S24 because S23 same name as S2 Hyerin and S24 same name as S1 Seoyeon. And S23 Seoah and S24 Jiyeon won. Then all 24 members promoted Girls Never Die the title track that won the voting (Gravity) for Assemble 24. And tripleS for their first music show win with Girls Never Die on The Show. After they Girls Never Die promotion tripleS Glow dropped a Reels Compilation and a Performance video for their song Inner Dance After all of those it was revealed that there would a dance unit called Vision@ry Vision which will consist of 12 member with 2 members being a pick of MODHAUS it was S8 Yubin and S17 Lynn. Then out of the 22 members we voted for a member yo be a leader of VV and S2 Hyerin won and as a winner she has to pick one member to join VV she pick S7 Nakyoung after that we voted for S5 Yooyeon S9 Kaede S11 Kotone S12 Yeonji S13 Nien S14 Sohyun S15 Xinyu S24 Jiyeon not in particular order. And again another voting (Gravity) for a Japan Unit who will promote in Japan for a year but this unit will be a rotating 8 member unit (first 8 will promote for a year after a year out of the 16 who didnt get in the first 8 we will for 8 member to promote in Japan for the 2nd year and the last 8 will promote in Japan the 3rd year ex 8x8x8) with this years 8 there are 2 Modhaus pick S16 Mayu and S20 Shion there are 2 Japanese pick voting from Lemino the 2 chosen by Japanese Wavs were S5 Yooyeon and S11 Kotone and we voted for S3 Jiwoo S4 Chaeyeon S6 Soomin S21 Chaewon. VV promoted Hit The Floor and they won their second over all and first subunit musoc show win on The Show. Japan Unit dropped the song Untitled and are currently promoting in Japan. Sorry it its long that is all the timeline for the releases and the subunits. As per voting if you are curious the voting happens on their app the name of the app is COSMO the gate you can buy digital photocards or scan the physical cards that comrs with thr album each time you buy or scan you get voting token called COMO as a currency to vote and the best part about is the members get a huge percentage on the sale of their objekt (photocards) yes the sale goes straight to them aside from of course their contract pay and breakeven point from the sales of their albums.

Okay some notes on Girls Never Die because you're on the right track! The song is about rebirth and transformation after hardships which is why they depict things such as homelessness and suicidal ideation. Crows can symbolize a lot of things including transformation, opportunity, fate, and death. More or less yes, the girls are the crows. The girls around the grave are in essence mourning their traumas and past selves. When they are together as a group they are stronger and able to create new beginnings. When the crow comes out of the grave at the end, if you look closely you can see 24 crows representing the girls starting their new chapter as a 24 member group. The two girls with the wings are S1 and S1 further symbolizing their strength when coming together. This overall concept of strength and moving forward and upward is also present in Rising and honestly all of their title tracks. When they say they are the idols of all possibilities they mean it. they can do and be anything.

tripleS is huge in Korea, they're maybe not as much popular in Western countries like other 5th gen groups (Babymonster, Illit, Kiss of Life), but trust me they're easily Top 5 in 5th Gen Group Girl Group and they keep growing. Wanna add they literally are the QUEENS of Variety Content, so much fun, their discography is pretty much unmatched (many songs, B side God Tier), got a UNIQUE concept, Girls Never Die is SOTY 2024. The Signals are their daily vlogs (1 video per day since they came up !) its basically all the tripleS lore, its really good but i gotta warn you its a freakin rabbit hole once you're in you'll be locked on for real (there's a playlist in youtube called signals in chronological order) If you want to deep dive into tripleS and know the members better i can recommend you both Badge War Seasons (Season 2 is literally the funniest variety show out there) as well as "Weekly Idol 24 members" and "Gree Gura tripleS" Love your reactions keep it up ! Yes, signals are very much worth it. I have seen 90+ % of signals but it took me over 2 years one at a time since before debut. I know that some reactors have done several over one video but it still takes a while. Welcome into the tripleS rabbit hole ahahaahah! No but seriously, once you discover tripleS, you just gonna keep watching and watching! They are my fave group right now, and not only because their discografy is actually a no skip, but also for the amount of content that they give daily, you'll never run out of content to watch with tripleS! It's gonna take a bit to learn all their names (and even their respective numbers, if you are intrested in that too) but trust me, it's worth it, also MODHAUS puts their names in their daily content too when a member is speaking, so you will get to know their names eventually, surely it's overwhelming learning 24 names, but you can do it! The "La-La-La" is their trademark, it's almost like if there is no "La-La-La" it ain't a tripleS song, their are know for being the "La-La-La group" ahahahaha also the way they put those "La-La-La" it's always super catchy, I never get bored of it. Anyways the video you watched at the beginning, is a very good introduction to them, in my opinion, because it doesn't go into much details, but gives you that little characteristic of each member (at least untill Mayu) that it can help you recognize them! Oh btw at 32:01 that's Nakyoung, BIBI's sister! She is Kaede 51:54 but I get that they could be looking kinda alike when you are still getting to know them! Btw you got S2 right Hyerin! They have actually 3 Main vocalist in this group, Dahyun, Jiwoo and Shion but Kaede can have that title too to me tho. But yeah, Dahyun is a literal powerhous as you can listen by her vocals in Door, you should definetly hear that song in "IT'S LIVE" because they literally sound like the record, and Dahyun is pulling these notes live too, she is actuallly incredible, she is one of my fave vocalists of this gen, she even sang a OST for a K-Drama! I loved your take GND, you got so many things right after knowing so little about them in general, that's impressive, the songs talks about young girls struggling in this society, and how even if they "fall" they will always rise up, the song was even played and used like an "anthem" in the recent protest against the president that declared the Martial Law, and also used as an "anthem" by protesters, when the government wanted to include men into women's only universities in Korea. I suggest you to check also their recent release of their new JP sub-unit called "Hatchi!", the song is called "Untitled" it has so many easter eggs, that you might catch since you watched all the MV's! It's also a veeeeery good song, one of my fave JP releases!

Yeah all the members in Aria are the top vocalists of the group, much to the dismay of Kaede who sees herself as more of a dancer, she just happens to be a really nice vocalist aswell. Shes for sure one of those hidden aces of the 5th gen, I would call her and Iroha from Illit the top dancers of the 5th gen, the vocal skills are just a plus, and she has those visuals aswell, thats an ace.

Unlike the other comments i suggest watching specifically the move in signals to get a basis before watching badge war. Also these are the signals that are the most fun to watch/react to! After you watch the move in playlist you get a decent understanding of what each member looks like which will help during badge war. Then once done with badge war you can decide if you want to watch the signals but personally besides a few fan favorites they aren't much to react to the lives (especially their Chinese lives) really allow the girls to be in their element. So i would do move in playlist signals to badge war 1/2 then back to binge signals on your own then watching lives! Triples has the most content I've seen from a kpop group you can't really go wrong with whatever direction you choose! They also have a ton of great interviews that are fun to watch as well.

I found it entertaining how you created a whole storyline on your own when there really is no larger storyline with TripleS 😂😂 yeah all their songs have messages and they'll reference their past songs in newer ones, but tripleS isnt really a group that has some massive storyline. At most, there are stories that they tell whithin each MV (and let me just say wathcing you try to figure out the story for GND was hilarious), but that's really the extent of it. 00:55:40 actually it was supposed to be filmed without rain but it suddenly started raining and yeah, they filmed this scene no matter what. Very spontaneous idea of the production team. fun fact: Soomin (S6) was actually already accepted from all big companies but she joined Modhaus instead. She might be the babiest maknae of all of the maknaes but she is hella talented. Sohyun was supposed to debut first but she needed a long time to become an actual idol (low self-esteem), not only a producer. 1:06:46 same bro same. Dahyun is a diamond in the whole 5th generation. She had 2 OSTs before she even debuted as S10 with Rising. This unit (Aria) was voted like the first two by fans and they made a perfect decision. Good analyzes of Girls Never Die btw. Life is a disaster for many young people. Parents who don't care, outsiders at school, but somehow they have to cope with theirs. Some are on the verge of giving up, like Yooyeon in the bathtub scene, but then they pull themselves together and somehow manage to get through this time unscathed, when they still don't know where their journey is going. The scene on the roof with S1+S24 shows this very well, even if you can't see it so well in the video (filming a crow at night is difficult). They are two wings that complement each other and by jumping together, they make it together. I always get goosebumbs when this scene shows up. They created something very important. Think of girl-universities when they started accepting boys too, there was a huge protest and this song was played over and over again. Life isn't easy, especially not for women in South Korea. Hit The Floor was directed by an NCT director (if I'm not wrong), that's why you only see 5 or 7 member combinations. HtF is a cool song but it didn't hit me so hard as Girls never Die. The albums are both top tier (ASSEMBLE24 and Performante). The good thing is they are not finished yet. They had like 6 months of training each. It's an experiment and it works. We see them growing over time. Usually you see a new group and every member is perfect. That's not the case with tripleS and with experiencing the growth of S1 until she debuted in Rising or Sullin (S22) from hired in a Thai café to debut some weeks later with GND you could clearly see they are growing idols, not just perfect trained idols from one of the big companies. That somehow makes it easier to get to know them. btw go straight to Badge War 1 + 2 and slowly get into the Signals afterwards if you have time. Don't watch it unless you live alone or have neighbors with good hearing. Sometimes it's pure comedy and you can't stop laughing. tripleS are full-time clowns.

Dope reaction! Want to give you some info that hopefully helps with how you decide to tackle tripleS. I'll try and not go overboard lol Personally, guides are fine but the thing is, there is so much information to cover that by the end of you prob will have forgotten most since it'd be a huge info dump on the members. It can help once you already have a baseline knowledge of them, but with how big the group is, an extensive guide prob is just more daunting with tripleS compared to your average 4-7 member group. Honestly, Badge War is a great way to know the members, first season had the first 16 members, while the second had all 24, in the Subs their numbers are shown and they introduce themselves so you can kinda see who is who and get to see their personality head on through the episodes. Each season has 4 episodes so it's a nice amount of content and serves as a good starting point and that's personally how I began learning them. They also have a lot of stand alone variety content that displays their personalities, if you want any recommendations let us know! Signals is definitely the best way to get to know them, it's an ongoing series that has gone for the past 2 years, of which for the majority it was a daily upload they show you their beginnings, and we see the interactions between the members meeting each other for the first time, and creating their bonds throughout their journey of becoming tripleS. It is very entertaining and fascinating to watch too. The only thing with Signals is the amount there are, so it can be daunting to start, however, they tend to be short and they absolutely help with familiarizing yourself with the members. To give you an idea, on average a survival show ep can be about an hour-hour and a half, in that time you can almost get through a month of Signal videos, there are chronological order playlists for Signal and when you begin watching you go through them at insane rate, it's just about starting. So given how you were reading so much into each video, I was almost SURE you had already been LOONA-pilled but seems like you've never reacted to LOONA. While TripleS MVs have meaning in them, it's pretty loose and not ALL that connected between videos outside sometimes singing similar snippets of lyrics or the titles of previous tracks or snippets of choreo from previous choreos. Mostly, their videos are about loving yourself, picking yourself up, not giving up (Girls Never Die especially). Girls Never Die became REALLY popular in korea for the reasons you would think (the song bangs, no one had seen a 24 member girl group, the choreo is almost boy group -like dancing, etc) but MANY young kids (especially young females) really connected with the lyrics of the song. Life is really tough for kids in korea and the lyrics of this song are quite beautiful (especially in korean) and many kids were drawn to it While I think it'd be fun to see you react to LOONA and their lore (it's A LOT) and watch your head explode in real time, I'd honestly rather see you deep dive more into TripleS. At the very least check out the Rolex performances (the original and the anniversary version with different members just released), TripleS NXT, TripleS Glow, the 1theK street performance of '24', TripleS Hatchi (from a music perspective) in addition to all the variety a bunch of people (including me) have already mentioned. (Plus, watching LOONA videos will only give money to LOONA's craptastic, criminal company) One last thing, it's worth it to check out the official Dance practice and Suit Dance version of Girls Never Die bc it's almost overwhelming seeing 24 people dancing in sync on stage

I suggest watching badge wars FIRST (2 seasons and it'll help you learn the members and their personalities) and THEN watch the signals in bunches. I'd recommend watching the signals from the beginning so you can see how the group came together and watching like 5 signals at a time (they're can be like 5-13 mins most of the time so I feel like 5 would fill up your usual reaction time but adjust it how you see fit) (also they have several albums, someone's gotta explain how they do their music and handle sub units fr)

The way that would be best imo is watching badge wars 1 and badge wars 2 since you will learn the members and their personalities quickly and its a good introduction to everyone, you could follow the formula of watching a bunch of signals at once since they start of really short and still are pretty short so diving them up into multiple reactions would be extra work and would take a lot of time. Learning their names is pretty easy I don't know why people are having hard time, I literally just watched season 2 of badge war(didn't know that there's a s1 when I watched it forgive me) and I already learned their names and numbers. When you watch badge try figuring out or remembering the names of every member that appears in the screen, I had a hard time on yubin, mayu, and joobin cause I think they have the same face shape lol.
