Jack talking abt having anxiety and panic attacks in the past and telling pple how to deal with it made me cry. As someone who has been dealing with severe anxiety for the past 3yrs i relate to everything he said and I appreciate him spreading a supportive and positive message so much. Ik that there r pple like me who need to hear someone say those supportive words on their bad days in order to relax again, and ik he wont see this but from the bottom of my heart thank you for spreading such a positive message i (and im sure there are many others) greatly appreciate it💜💜
