When current moves through appliance it comes back from neutral wire. True. It is the same current in neutral with low resistance. Then why short circuit happens when phase and neutral meets.

Because current will not go in appliance then,, it will just get back to source to its same as conntecting phase and nutral directly on socket by help of wire.

Phase wire se shock lagta hai because our earth is on the ground so we get earth and earth and phase joints to current shock lagega ie hamko charega nehi jab ham supply ko on karte hai tab current charaga but if we wear shoes then we get shocks but it is just for 2 seconds then current chor dega because we dont get ground earthing from wearing shoes ok understand

Your videos are great, but I think some more explanation is needed Basically current flows whenever there is a potential difference between two points, if we touch phase wire and our feets are grounded then there is a potential difference between the phase wire and our feets, that's why current flows and we get a shock. But when we touch neutral wire and our feets are grounded, then there is no potential difference between the two points, therefore current doesn't flow and that's why we don't get any shock
