Why Don't You Wear Your Seatbelt?

In light of Mark Andrews' car accident the other day, Coach John Harbaugh emphasized the importance of wearing a seatbelt, which leads us to this topic.
Why do some of you still choose not to wear a seatbelt? Too cool for it, or is there some other reason that you opt out of that layer of safety?
