As someone who worked in a drive through for three years I can tell you that the experience is just as stressful on us as it is for you, believe me. I hate to admit that we're all not happy smiley robots, but we're human, and believe me the job is very stressful. I got the rudest, most inconsiderate people in my drive through on a daily basis, got things thrown at me, and was sexually harassed almost daily (I worked the night shift, and the weirdos come out at night). So trust me when I say, us in the drive through sympathize with you when you say the drive through is stressful. It is for us too. I could go into detail, but it would take nine million comments. Keep up the awesome work Superwoman, I love your videos and I hope you keep making more!

Is it just me or does this happen: you are in the passenger seat with your parents in the front. You tell them what you want and they ask you "Which number? Where is it?How much does it cost? Do you know how much fat is in that?" 16 million times. You answer them and they understand. They tell the person at the drive thru what you want and the person asks," And what drink?" You answer with a type of soda and either of your parents say " No you are having water ,you have too much sugar ." And here comes the worst part. They hand the food to your parents and either one of them takes like 3-7 fries WHICH BELONG TO YOU. I swear #thestruggle ☹️

I mean to be fair, maybe she had another customer like your dad and that’s WHY she was upset when your dad showed up. Yelling at staff upsets them, it doesn’t calm them down. Your dad literally made it worse. They are human beings with feelings, not robots. Or you never know. Maybe HER dad had just died that day. At the end of the day you don’t know their story. Honestly I’ve never understood why staff are expected to be happy all the time. They’re paid minimum wage to get screamed at by people like your dad all day. Who would be happy with that?

"nah lemme get a coke" like dude are you not paying any attention to what I am saying?! also people need to understand that through those speakers it's like we can hear EVERYTHING the car behind you, the wind, birds EVERYTHING! and if you are MUMBLING we can't hear shit! so speak the fuck up! and don't come complaining about something we don't have control over. like who the fuck you think I am?? just take it or leave it geeze. also the people that don't order condiments at the speaker and are asking for EVERYTHING at the window...cream, sugar, sauce, another drink, water. like dude order that stuff at the speaker that's what it's there for!! also the thing that she said about people taking forever, that's why when they say give me a minute I say "ok lemme know whenever you're ready." and also what makes me mad are the people that come up to the speaker and be like "hello?" or start ordering like did I greet you>? no? ook then stfu and wait! and that was my rant for the day :)

I work in fast food, and to be honest, the only reason we ask people if they are ready is because we have to have the drive thru time under a certain amount of time or the entire store gets in trouble and in some cases, the individual. But, I agree there are rude people on the headset.

hey people I love the vid super woman! here is an AWESOME fast-food hack, whenever you go to a drive thru (dine in works best I found out) ask for NO SALT on your fries then they will have to make them hot and fresh! and just add salt packs to it! I hope this helps!

We were just playing music and my mom was wondering why it wasn't playing so she kept turning the volume up. So the volume is probably at max now and my mom is confused.
