You should review the Osprey Manta!!! I've been stuck between the Gregory Citro and the Osprey Manta.

I would if it was in my channels niche. But i can say that the Manta is my go to for longer hikes. It has a good suspension system and the AG panel works well. The only negative i have found is sometimes it squeaks while walking. I do have the older version, the Osprey manta AG 36, i have had it 8 years. Thanks man, been on my radar for a while, I've got the blitz too and 2DAP, and I'm happy except as you say sometimes you don't want to lug around such big packs. Question pls, i need it to hold a 14 inch laptop, 12.6' by 8.5' you think that would fit it are laptops absolute no here due to how narrow it is. Thanks

You wouldn’t be able to fit it into the sleeve since it is narrow and made more for a hydration bladder. You would be able to fit into the main compartment, even though the packs width is advertised at 7 inches, it will go in since the sides can bulge out a little. But this is not ideal and your laptop will be floating with the rest of your stuff.

Im only 5’5”. The color is dark earth. My wife doesn’t like tactical backpacks but she liked how this pack is setup that she actually took this one from me.
