There is a consultancy in my country and i asked them to apply for me since most university in germany use Uni-assist, because my country doesn't use anny credit or back system which allow me to pay for uni-assist. so i had to look for consultany and what they told me is if you applied to public universities you visa will be rejected at the embassy, hahahah but thanks i saw your video. the consultancy is well known popular in my country, so i think they are making money from P/U. like you said.

Actually the state govt of those universities are taking decision on fees.. so in Baden wüttemberg it is 1500 per semester for international students

@Abhay Sharma I don't know your field of study however the deadlines for MSc in Computational Mechanics at TUM have been extended to 30th June so give it a try now that they have made complete online application available. Hi Bharat I have a question: is it true that German universities don’t like when an aspirant for a master degree already completed a master degree program? Some people from the DAAD told me that many evaluators think that if you already have a master degree and you’re applying for another instead of a doctoral program, that means that you’re a stuck in your academic formation and don’t see the point of giving the position to a person that doesn’t want to progress. This affirmation seems really strange for me, I hope that you can confirm if it’s true or not.

That's false.. I have a masters degree already but I want to do another masters in Germany. Initially, everyone demotivated me and said it is not possible but I didn't give up. Now, I am here in Germany in a public University and I see a lot of guys who are doing their second masters here. The only suggestion I would give you is to show some difference between from yours first masters degree which you already did and the one which you are going to do. In that way, you can avoid visa Problems and getting into Universities. I didn't contacted any consultancy (as I have no money) and I just applied on my own. Best wishes

@@jyotiattri8996 You have to choose the research topic in which you want to do PhD and choose the university where your research offered by that University. If everything is matched, then you can mail to that University about your topic and if they accept it, then done. Usually in public University, you'll get stipend per month when you're doing PhD. I hope this explains your answer.
