It is not Dubai of Africa. Even after completion (100 years from now) it’ll barely be as good as Dubai Marina alone. Let’s be honest and quit with the sentiments

@@williamsolawale4208 The city is coming up but the comparison to Dubai should stop. The rendering suggests it will not be plus the construction so far is not looking as good as the renders. Nonetheless, it will not be in our lifetime given the pace of work. It is not bitterness, it’s the truth you can’t admit
