It's a great book and has helped me understand the many parts to being a network engineer for sure. You are so right about it being important to know why you are implementing a technology. Like I've always gone about troubleshooting, Understand what the problem is and why you are implementing a protocol or certain technology to that problem! This book is a must have! Peace&Blessings.
