Canes fan checking in. For round 1, we can't sleep on Sorokin. He's had some inconsistency, but the Isles have stuck with him for a reason, and historically my Canes haven't been a volume scoring team. I think our key is our somewhat improved offense after the trade deadline, but we'll see if it's enough. Give us some good hockey, Isles, and good luck to all of the playoff teams!

I was 8 when I saw the Leafs lift the cup in '67. Watching the games in the final week this season the Leafs look anything but playoff ready. If the Stars win, and I hope they do, there is no way Oetter isn't the Conn Smythe winner cause they won't win if he isn't. I think Wyatt Johnston continues his tear into the playoffs and carries this team offensively. He's a legit Selke candidate in a couple years and he will only continue to score more goals while playing elite defense. He wasn't even top 3 for rookie of the year last season because Matty Beniers hype and he's bad this year. Wyatt has 32G, 33A, played all 82 games and he's +14. He kills penalties and he can quarterback the 2nd PP unit if he has to.
