Would love to see some more deep dives on features like Network Bonding, NDI also the App and web control! Multicam Replay would be also great! Can you make some videos demonstrate that and share your thoughts?

Awesome tool! I love the replay and scoreboard features! Thanks for the review

I’ve been exploring with custom scoreboards I need for boxing, Muay Thai and mma events using the web overlay tools. You can do some amazing stuff with that and have an assistant run it from a laptop or tablet. Very powerful tool!

Last week I bought the ATEM mini Pro not taking seriously the Yolobox. So glad I found your channel. The cost of the Yolobox is great comparing all that’s needed for the ATEM. Plus you record and livestream in 4K. And there is more!

You’ll be glad to know the the ATEM mini and Yolobox together make a powerful combination!

This live stream screen seems nice. One thing though, correct me if I got it wrong, that network bonding subscription seems very expensive because in addition you have to buy your own network subscriptions like 4g/5g and others. Few years back I diy a solution for the servers of the company I was working at, I subscribed to 3 or 4 ISPs, bought a specific router that was managing those 4 ISPs inputs, then I connected that router to the main router on which we had all our servers and computers, it never failed and our traffic was hundreds of gigs per month.

hey Steve! What I really love about Yololiv is that they really do listen to their users. Not just in collating info they read in comments and feedback from forms, but will have a lengthy conversation online to understand how you use their gear and what features would be the next game changer. Frank at Yololiv has really instilled a fantastic culture in the company.

Hi Tim, I'd like to know if there is a way to have event entrant names be selectable as lower thirds when they are having their turn at the event. For example the event may have 60 entrants. I select each name as a lower third and display it during that competitor's turn. So I'd like to have the 60 entrants saved so I can go on to the next entrant without having to type their name. Then there will be a round 2 with the top 10 entrants so either a second list or a way to load the top ten quickly for round 2.

I can easily say "yes" to this - I recently streamed a Muay Thai event with 22 fights - a long night! I used the yololiv overlay lab tool to do exactly this, including scoreboards specific to Muay Thai. Check it out here www.yololiv.com/yololiv-overlay-lab

Great video Tim! One question how many ISO recordings are available of the inputs?
@TimSimpson7 ай бұрын
Fantastic question, and the answer is ... it depends ;) This one is worthy of a new video which I'll get up to cover off over the next week. Short version in the mean time is between 2 and 5 depending on resolution and frame rate.

Still waiting for overlays to properly work from Stream Elements or streamlabs for those wanting an alternatvie to dual PC streaming setup or have limited desk space.

I bit the bullet and dug into the YoloBox overlay tools. Haven’t looked back! Keen to hear exactly what you’re trying to achieve with overlays

Question: would a T Mobile gateway be a good way to connect to the internet?
@TimSimpson5 ай бұрын
I’m not familiar with T Mobiles products being in New Zealand :). As a broad answer though, if you’re working somewhere with reliable mobile data or wifi data and there isn’t a large population on the same cell tower, then you can get good results for sure. If you’re working in a venue with hundreds of attendees who are all carrying phones with them then find a way to use a wired connection or multiple cellular connections. The Ardent Streaming Protocol product and network bundling are invaluable as welll

Thanks for watching! One thing I would say is that it can also open up a potential income stream if you have the time and audience! There are always people who want a simple live stream for things like wedding but don't have the budget for the typical offerings. It's a market space all around the world that is largely untapped because most people want to go for the elite wedding / event video space
