She can follow the links in this video to apply for a jobs and she must be willing to move to the location of work. Once she is hired by any of those employers, it’s then easy to apply for PR. Her goal should be to find a job as soon as possible so even if it’s not RNIP based on her overall profile, we can assess how many years of Canadian experience she needs to apply for PR. I've lived 20 minutes outside of sudbury for 34 years. Rents are higher than posted , but houses are cheaper but on the rise .I would not live in any of those areas she mentioned . She forgot to say our taxes are higher than the big city four hours away. We pay more for gas . Groceries are more expensive than what you listed ,unless that's for one person. Last year we got a bit of a break ,we usually have 4 feet of snow in our backyard , -20+ . These are important things when moving to the area. Our buses ,only buses no subways are more expensive than Toronto by I think 10 cents.
