According to me, the main reasons because of which the show is not so comedy anymore:- - All actors are leaving - Stories stretched very long - New actors do very over acting (like new Sodhi, and new Anjali is shown less intelligent, like she becomes sad again and again) - Even old actors are doing overacting (like Gogi) - As the actors have grown old, so they need to do more make-up and the show is no more organic - Daya has gone - Same popatlal marriage story repeating again and again - All stories are same as old ones - Bapuji no longer scolds jethalal so much Solutions according to me (if creators read this 😅):- - bring Daya back to the show - bring old Tapu back - Popatlal marries Rita reporter - Fast forward to future, Tapu sena grows old and everyone is old, Tapu sena has kids - Tapu and Sonu in relationship - OR if they don't want to show relationship, fast forward a few years only where Tapu marries Sonu but still Popatlal does not find a wife 😉😁 Will edit or add a reply if got any other idea Everyone, Add reply for more suggestions and we'll reach out to the creators 😃

TMKOC is the best show!! Yes i agree that newer episodes are focusing more on the values part but if you see the current Mehta's boss episodes where Mehta is acting to be injured, you will realise that yes the show still has it. It is still funny and teaching you at the same time. Personally, this show helped me get over depression. Times were tough but I had TMKOC with me. I just wish this show continues on and on.

The rate at which comedy faded away from the show put many into depression instead but I get you, if it did help you get thru depression, very commendable. Speaking of the Mehta and his boss storyline, this still sucks. For instance, the actor who plays Mehta's boss does the most overacting among all, like when's he's furious about anything, notice his goofy facial expression. Hardly any comedy left in the show. I just wished you watched better shows than this crap

All the credit goes to the first writers of the show Raju and Rajan.. Their sense of humour cant be matched. I dont know why they left but with them the humour aspect of the show also left. Steps on How they can Improve the show Quality. 1. Only Monday - Thursday so that writers can get atleast 3 days for Writing. 2. Bring Back Multiple Cameras setup like old times. 3. New Characters entry is must in Gokuldham society. And one character should be Biggest rival of Champak lal and that character can be introduced as father of Popatlal. 4. The Prequel of Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah chasma which should talk about The friendship of Jethalal and Taarak mehta,How jethalal built such Big empire etc. 5. More focus on Tapu sena and start treating them as teenagers not kids. Many Problems that Teenagers faces in life like exams Pressure,Career problems etc
