That depends on what you want to do. If you insist on spending hours touring the popular destinations like historical sites or wats, you should probably come Nov-Feb, but that is high season and it will be crowded. If you just want to come and chill, or spend more time indoors, the rainy season is great imo; cheaper prices and less crowds. If you want to experience Songkran (which you should) come in April. It will be smoldering hot but that's okay - you will be soaked the entire time.

its easy to travel in an inland countries like thailand,vietnam, malaysia, cause there intact you can travel by land by borders.. but if you really like best beaches.. Philippines is much beatiful.. the problem is Philippines is Archipelago country means consists of a lot of islands.. you cnt travel full using land.. so hustle cause you have to cross by sea/waters... or much easier but costly a lot using planes to get to another city or places...🎉🎉

For me it sucked in Nov - Dec this year. First time visit after the event starting with the letter "C". I had the impression that many Thais, especially in Bangkok, became unfriendly and hostile towards foreigners. Also the weather in the South was still awful at that time, lots of rain and clouds. No sunshine at all. Anyways, maybe it's just better to visit Thailand in March - April when it's hot af but most of the annoying farangs are gone 😁
