What about branch restrictions in India? I guess this criteria is also broken. Here in India, only CSE/IT and electronics branches are preferred. But in US and other countries, branch does not play much of a criteria

Correct point brother! This is another issue that needs to be solved as many candidates who might be fit for the job miss out due to their branch. That's a struggle. Share this with everyone who needs to see this video!

The thing is that US education system is completely different than India and we are slowly making progress in those directions, coming to preference there is some reason behind this. CS as major guys have very good understanding of fundamentals of computers lke DB,OS,N/W and Architechture, compilers the list can go on. Only CS lovers like to learn those subjects. So industry prefer them.That doesn't mean non IT guy doesn't do well in industry. This is just a templately blindly followed by industry and which is very very subjective matter. This is my personal experince . Some company predmonantly prefers tier1 college guy where some company prefer that our job need to be done. Service company prefer with good carrier no gap guy list can goes on. But if you are very good in tech skills nothing going to stop you achieve .

Logic build karte karte hi time chala jata hai.. whereas I have the skills required by them and could have cracked relevant interview.
