Have you seen Joy she isn’t just startled is like she honestly fears for her wellbeing. The organisers don’t tell the artists and they could get seriously hurt

Sunny and Joy were heart breaking to me. They have literal trauma from it. Sunny is caused by her childhood of hearing sounds from the war in Kuwait when she was young and that can affect someone forever, and Joy got electrocuted by the earpiece. The coordinators should really take into account what could happen and what does happen to idols before they put fireworks in the mix. It scares the hell out of them.

really late reply, but the trauma started when joy was a kid. she had a firework explode in her face, and has always been scared of them. but yes, the incident you stated is also true!

This is so important to see. To be honest so many more potential accidents were barely avoided and although the scares can be funny, some are just heartbreaking (Chaeryoung for me) and it's really unnecessary.

As a person who as worked in the fireworks industry for almost 10 years. This really upsets me how close the fireworks are to them( even though they are close effects) it shouldn’t be allowed Unless it’s coordinated well. Unfortunately it’s not the case here. I understand it’s for effect but Most of the cases in this video it’s like one accident then someone is injured then what happens. I could go on and on about it. If they want to do fireworks. 1. They should do it outside where the smoke can clear. 2. it’s at least 400ft to 200ft behind the stage area or more. I feel bad for idols who have to do deal with those fireworks. Not only does it hurt them but it’s stuff like this that shines a bad light on our industry as well. This has to stop! Think about safety first before DOING anything fireworks regulated. Think about the idols as well.

I didn’t know about the idols getting hurt but them getting scared/traumatized from the fireworks is serious and they need to take their safety and well-being into account before they use that

Fireworks are beautiful but only from a distance. This make me realize they don't even care if any idols from a group has trauma with loud noises, and there's even no safety distance from the idols to the fireworks. It's like they don't even care if the idol is hurt, they just want to shove them to the front and making money for them. Korea has many beautiful and kind idols, but deep down, they treat those people like trash or an item

Jin’s eye from Bts literally got hurt because of the fireworks he almost went blind because of it so i rlly do think they should get rid of it

I love seeing the firework and confetti effects, especially when they hit *those* parts of songs. But as much as I love them, I really don't think I would want them around if it was at the expense of idols' well being. I really hope these shows do better....

It’s really not fun when you have trauma :( I have trauma with fireworks because last year a group of boys/men threw fireworks at me and my dog. I couldn’t even stay on stage if I were those idols. They’re so professional to keep performing!

There’s a reason why there’s a saying to not play with fire. The talents of the kpop artists are enough already to mesmerize us-the viewers. No need to play nor to dance with fire

It's more than just their psychological health. These idols could have their eardrums *explode* from the noise and the inner ear pressure created by the fireworks. That's why a lot of war veterans are partially or fully deaf, bombs will absolutely cause immediate and PERMANENT hearing loss. It's a wonder that there aren't more idols that have completely lost all hearing at this point. Also, if the fireworks are close to the idols, they could get serious burns anywhere on their body. Serious burns do not leave the human body. Not only will the affected area never look the same again but you will have permanent tissue/muscle damage and some people have even become physically immobilised by burns before because you are literally being cooked from the inside of your body. Not to mention that when you recieve the burn the pain can last for hours, even days. It takes the body so long to repair that kind of damage.

i am scared of fireworks here are some reason's: they can start a fire, they can accidently hit a crowd, misfires can lead to injuries, loudness, and they are super scary if they are near you. we had a Misfire at the place i went for 4th of july and the fireworks were getting a tad bit closer to us poor dog's must of been scared...

The firework/confetti/smoke should be far from them I mean When the idols at the infront The fireworks/conffeti/smoke should be behind them or next to them (but far)

2:39 wasn't fireworks it was thunder, and Sana has a phobia of thunder. I think if they have stage fireworks, they should be standing far away from them. And for fireworks in the sky, they should give groups headphones and earmuffs to see if that helps.
