Building is NOT for the meek or the faint of heart. I have a house, I am building my second... it is 1 yr over my expected time to finish. PRAISE THE LORD I HAVE SOME WHERE TO LIVE WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING. (I am the general contractor and it has taught me soooooo much! It's like going to school again except you taking all the scrapes and bumps and tough skin...) Please have your initial home before you start developing! From experience, it will make you stand or fall 💪🏾

Not sure if I’ll get a response but I switched jobs 2 months ago to a new field. I went from 40k to 85k and paid off most of my debt. I have the opportunity to go back and maintain both jobs. If I return to the company I have 3.5 years with can I get approved for a mortgage. I still have all of my w2’s and paystubs
