Hey,thanks for the great advice.I started incorporating barefoot running to my training and found as mentioned,there’s less stress on my leg muscles and faster recovery.I also feel much lighter when running,even fast running.A very underrated website,keep up the great posts!!

Naturally i run forefoot when i run faster than 20kph or just below the pace. I also run forefoot when i jog (can't say exact pace of it but it's pretty slow It's like i'm running only a few steps faster than when i walk). But it's hard to decide should i go forefoot when i run in the pace inbetween both pace i said above. If i force myself to run forefoot in between 20kph and jogging pace, i would have tendon issues and that's what i've been experiencing.And it also makes me feel very awkward in terms of running mechanism if i force myself to run forefoot within moderate tempo.Do you have any suggestion to fix this issue.
