they would have to move out for a couple of months or weeks, depending how much the workers want to work per day either way it would take a couple weeks or at least 2-3 1/2 months coming from a dad who hires fast workers, yes they would take a long time because taking out the wall, buying everything they need, a schedule to see when, placing the foam, putting back the wall and etc

Soundproof the bedrooms? It's not really that hard of a fix, is it? And central AC isn't that hard to work around; if people want the AC up more and you don't, turn on a fan. If you're cold, put on a jacket. Take turns compromising. It's not that hard.
