Thank you for showing us your process for making sure we get a perfect product from you. I assume you also check slide seals and alignments, just didn't mention that. Your videos and IWS's have taught me a lot about Renegades.

I was more or less sold on Darin and Performance but this truly sold me on buying from you guys. It was great to meet the service team and learn about your process. We have a trailer now and the customer pickup experience was ok but we did feel a little rushed. It was great to hear you don’t do that. We are in the process of building a house now but as soon as that’s done, I’ll be reaching out. We want to start out small as we want mobility but will move to something larger when mobility isn’t as big of an issue. I want a dealer who can partner with me as my RV needs change. And I love the Renegade quality. Show Hauler too but I may need to rob a bank to buy one of those.

Can you show and demonstrate the slide locks? I’m always seeing videos of people showing the storage bays and there sit the slide locks. No one has ever shown how they are used. Are they nescarry?

I love your focus on delivering a quality, well tested product. Do you do this level of PDI and delivery education for all coaches you sell? For example, the Viennas and Veracruz’s, not just the high end ones like the XL?

We spend whatever time is wanted by the customer to get familiar with their new purchase. Generally the Viennas and Veracruz take less time due to the shorter length and options. However each of our customers get the same respect and attention
