GHANA TOURISM AUTHORITY HAS TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO WORK ON THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES IN GHANA. EITHER THE GHANA TOURISM AUTHORITY WILL ORGANISE TRAININGS TO THE HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS TO UPGRADE THE STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN GHANA OR THE GHANA TOURISM AUTHORITY SHOULD MAKE IT MANDATORY FOR THE HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS HAVE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THEIR STAFF EVERY 6 MONTHS. PERIOD
