On today’s podcast our guest is Milli Hill, Milli Hill is an author, freelance journalist and an advocate for women’s choices and rights in general and in childbirth. She has written three books. Her book Give Birth Like a Feminist has been widely praised for raising the specific issue of women’s rights in the birth room itself.
A lot of women see a negative or an awful birth experience as something to not complain about and as just a part of a raw deal. But why don’t we stand up for ourselves and for other women to make sure we’re listened to, we’re respected and can give birth the way we wish to do? To give birth like a feminist!
