We used a neighbor's 946 for 4th cutting cause our New Holland was down. We loved it. I think we are making the change over to JD for our next mower. I've really liked the looks of the round balers too. Looks like real nice machines

I had JD. and NH. round balers and mowers.. And thought they were good, till l bought Vermeer's.... And a 575 NH square baler.

Put 1,000 bales on a vermeer 2 years ago, wouldn't own another unless the fixed thier pickup issues. . . .

​@@e.a.bfarms Ours is 3 years old with 2800 bales, and haven't had any trouble with it yet.

@@bradjenkins932 That's good to hear. When pushing them hard had tons of pick up slip clutch issues along with tine bars bending and breaking the bolts and bearings. Capacity is less then a deer and not as pretty of a bale. I will have to do a video on it next season!

I run a 582, power wise I can run it on a Oliver 1750 that’s turned up 10% but I lack in hydraulic capacity. But I run it on a John Deere 4240 with ease
