Why Green Lights on Back of Apple Watch? [Turn OFF/ON]

What if neither of the force closing the app OR a hard reset works? I also turned on and off my watch regularly a couple times. Nothing is getting rid of the green light. It also intermittently changes from blinking or strobing to solid green light. It’s driving me nuts! And o just got this watch a few weeks ago. My first watch. Any advice would help, thanks!

Blood is blue if you look at veins. It turns red when exposed to the air. It’s blue, hence the term “Blue Bloods”.
