Why GTA 6 Isn't Coming To PC

Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto 6 won't be releasing on PC in 2025. No date has been announced yet. Only on Playstation and Xbox.

Y’all really think we ain’t getting this game on PC? Rockstar has released every major GTA title on PC, why would they not release this one on there? They just haven’t stated anything yet & we only have 1 trailer right now that’s only been out for 2 months. They will announce it eventually with more trailers, we just have to be patient. And PC ports for GTA usually come out within a year or two after their console counterpart

I agree, it will be released for PC at a later date as usual we never get the new games on PC off rip they take they're time perfecting those versions because people are getting into PC gaming more these days. Consols maybe more popular as of now but I think PC will be the main way of gaming soon

I'm looking forward for the game and I'm glad I got a PS5 but I feel bad for PC gamers. Sorry to say this but we don't even know if it's actually confirmed that there won't be on PC since all GTA games are playable on PC.

Why the wouldn't just release the PC version in the same time as console version? What is the purpose to wait 2 years to release a PC port?

Because players will buy the console version first and play it, and then Rockstar Games will release the PC version and at least 70% of people that also have a PC will buy the game again for the graphical and performance improvements. It's all about money.

​@kill90gaming83 Not exactly. * Rockstar Editor (And it being easier to control on PC) * Mouse and Keyboard Support (Playing with a Controller is pretty bad in alot of R* games) * Mods for Single-Player * Customize setting for Graphics/FPS * Custom Radio stations Me personally, i don't see any compelling reason to spend $500 to get a new console just for one $70 game that i will be only playing for 2 years and never touch again once the PC Port drops. (Which btw, that's really what happened with my copy of GTA 5 on Xbox 360. I just never touched it again. Why return to consoles after you've played the PC port?)

Same, kinda. I will play it on console because the game will probably not be on release on PC but I still have hope for an eventually PC port with much better graphics and performance like RDRII and GTAV. Only time will tell.
