There are 2 claimed graves, one in Mecca,one in Medina, the Hijaz. But if there was this would-be prophet at large in the 7C, he would be likely living further north, following Jay Smith's researches, for instance the Quran is in northern Arabic, talks of northern Arabian areas, Mecca could not have been a great settlement, due to limited economic support for many people, the main trade lines elsewhere, and Mecca off that trail due to a 3000 foot dip, not sensible to make (not mentioned in literature prior to 740 AD as well).
