I agree with you Sis. I was blocked, ghosted and disrespected repeatedly. I gave nothing, but love. There were so many lessons I learned through it all. The most important recently is "Why did I let them do all this to me repeatedly?" The lesson I learned mostly is self-love / self-worth. I can't forget no matter how hard I try, but I can love myself enough to never let it happen to me again. I resented them for what they did but forgiving myself and them so that I can release and move on was what has helped me the most. The more I love myself the less their effect has on me.
