pretty sure that so far all the lines about Ares are more or less "haven't heard from him in a while, but it's a war, he's probably having fun" personally I think he's *also* been captured, like Hades. would explain why he's not checking in with Olympus, avoids the "ares as a bad guy" trope, and calls back to a myth where he actually was captured.

My headcanon currently is something like: one of the final or the final encounter is with Zagreus himself. Chronos has shown his ability to send us back in time to Asphodel. Imagine if after defeating Chronos and exiting the chamber you are transported back in time to when Zagreus was still trying to escape for the first time and you are made to appear as an obstacle to him.

finally, Heph boons that are actually almost at the minimum possible times, I don't think we've ever had a youtube video with you getting both the attack and the special as low as you can, this'll be goooooodge this nachos discussion is weird for me since I'm vegetarian so I can only eat it with beans on my nachos, I really can't contribute here... but I will say that I enjoy beans on nachos :D

So i've discovered a fun one button build for Heph/Aspect of Selene. The build goes like this - Aspect of Selene Cascade boon + Heph attack - Any aphro boon for Love Handles - Controlled burn + any core hestia boon for Chain reaction. What happens is - you spam omega special with controlled burn and roughly every other o-special sets off a Cascade with a double heph blast, which in turn creates two heartthrobs. Would be ideal in conjunction with heph special, but that's too hard to set up, so i just used the attack. Grand caldera boosts the damage by a ton, especially if you can pom it a few times. A heroic heph attack is required, mainly because you don't really need to pom it too much and use the poms on grand caldera, or any other boon you'd like. I would really like to see you try it out, it's fun when it works!

i think it would be cool if ares could hijack a chamber like athena, but instead of giving you a boon immediately he would make you fight him for it. not as in a nemesis/heracles situation where you compete against them, a straight up mini boss encounter. he's not necessarily against olympus, but something like not being to hold himself back at all times during such an intense war or something, idk

I’ve recently tried heph paired with respective appolo/hestia duos, it was a pure slamming. Appolo’s blinding cast, hestia’s magic gain/sprint, overpommed heph’s attack/special and other heph’s blast related boons (caldera for radius and vent for origination). Since cast is applying daze continuously, double blast from hestia+heph duo triggers appolo+heph duo two times! Weapon probably doesn’t matter, I did it with blades. Strangely, it was also working with heph’s sprint, although it is not a requirement for hestia+heph duo 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think nachos have a wide variety of possibilities, and you want 2 - 3 of them at a time. like your options are - cheese - beef / chicken / etc - beans - salsa - sour cream - veggies (peppers, lettuce, tomato, etc) ...and then from there you mix and match any combination of 2 - 3 of these toppings depending on how heavy you want your nacho to be. when you do 4+ of the options you start running into the problem of either overloading your chip or mixing the elements too much to where they become less appealing, or things just start getting soggy

I feel like Room Temperature's other complimentary duo should be Hail storm with Demeter/Zeus, so that it keeps spamming lightning, since the enemies are eternally frozen.

I think the final boss of the surface will be Typhon, and i think Ares will become another support NPC like Heracles, Athena, or Icarus, or be locked up like Hades as a room NPC

Cheeseless life feels tough for like a month or two and then it might has well have never existed. I legit think folks (myself included) are addicted to cheese in a way or maybe the cultural aspects, because it is extremely underwhelming if you go back to it especially if you've functionally replaced it with other tasty fat sources. Blend up some soaked cashews, lime, nutritional yeast, and your choice of seasoning and it goes sweet on nachos. Also TVP &/or black and kidney beans instead of beef means they can be as greasy or non-greasy as you want and decent protein

The Reddit has debated the final surface boss for some time now. The general opinion is that the final boss is going to be Typhon. For several reasons but the 2 biggest ones are thus. 1) It’s been data mind that the final surface boss is code named ‘Snake Boss’. And Typhon is a snake like titan. This is further backed up by the fact that Prometheus was code named ‘Fire Boss’ in the code before. 2) The focus on the heavy storm brewing on and around Olympus.

I know this is a skill issue at the end of the day but I'm really struggling with Medea builds because the basic special doesn't negate damage, but the omega special does. Makes Bawlders really frustrating to fight if you don't have high Magick or regen.

I think that Vent's poms should still scale damage, but the rarity should scale the timer

This might be a controversial opinion(s). 1) Get rid of the Vent timer resetting if vent is reapplied. 2)lower the damage of vent 3) make it so it cannot be pomed or give it really bad Lv scaling. Edit for clarification: 1 needs to happen. 2 and or 3 should probably happen if 1 does happen.

@@aperson6562okay I should have clarified. 1 needs to happen. 2 and or 3 should probably happen if 1 happens. Have you seen how much vent does even and common? I think it’s so high because of the timer resetting thing. So it would make since to limit its damage in some way you you removed it.

@@wildstorm3486 the damage isn’t as crazy as you might think. At common, it’s 300 damage after 5 seconds. Basically every weapon already does that with their normal attack string within that time if not more. That’s why I think the Pom scaling and base damage are fine. It’s strong but nowhere near gamebreaking

His duo with Hestia lets his attack boons bonk twice if you attack fast enough. Otherwise he has good duo boons and very good defensive boons.

Heph boons feel mediocre until you get grand caldera. If you can get a few poms on it, it feels extremely strong
