Did your feet also spasm when putting the shoes on too? It almost seems as if you can "trigger" a spasm to occur? Can you do the same with your legs? To help you get your leggings on?

I'm the exact opposite! Feet are freezing and need to be bundled all the time.

I feel for you. I had edema & was admitted to the hospital to reduce swelling. Dr prescribed really tight compression socks that were around $50 and no more swelling=) You might want to try them. Your feet looked like mine lol I might do a video about it soon.

I have the same issues with my feet swelling & Autonomic Dysreflexia. I had a hard time finding sneakers etc. But recently found the Billy brand zip on shoes and they work well for me.
